Where a deliverable or work product has been generated, or materially assisted, by AI, we will disclose this and identify the AI model used where appropriate. Under no circumstances does AI replace the professional judgement, critical thinking, analysis, or accountability of our consultants. AI may serve as a supporting tool, but responsibility for all conclusions, advice, and recommendations rests solely with our professional team.

Tetractys does not authorise the use of any content from its websites, blogs, publications, reports, or other proprietary materials for the training, development, or enhancement of artificial intelligence models. We expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in relation to such content and will take appropriate action, including pursuing legal remedies where necessary, if we believe our intellectual property has been used for these purposes without our prior written consent.
